Danielle

Massage Therapist


Danielle has been active in sports and fitness her entire life. Danielle's approach to massage therapy is practical and focused. She is careful and sensitive to the concerns of her clients and offers them a variety of self-care alternatives including self massage and stretches. Her massages are generally a mix of different modalities including trigger point therapy, reflexology, deep tissue therapy, sports massage and swedish massage. 

She remains a student of her profession by pursuing additional skills and advanced techniques in the field of wellness and healing. Further education has been completed in the complimentary areas of facial massage, body exfoliation and moisturization/detoxification, treatment modalities for sports and active individuals, pregnancy massage and aromatherapy. She recently completed a training with the well renowned Til Luchau on Myofascial release for the hips and sacrum. 

Danielle acquired her degree from the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, MN.  She holds her A.A. in Social Sciences from Minneapolis Community College.  She also has extensive knowledge of the body physical body and subtle body, due to a yoga practice of over 19 years and a teaching practice of 8 years. Along with a certification as a personal trainer through NASM.
