Satya

Satya is a Sanskrit word that loosely translates into English as "unchangeable". Satya is Truth. It is one of the 5 Yamas in Yogic philosophy that teach us how to live a life that serves to uplift not only ourselves, but the entire world. Satya does not simply mean to not lie and to not tell untruths, but it also means that we must seek out the truth, to find a way to see the world as it really is, not just the way it is perceived in our mind.

Yoga

It's the slow passage of time and the passage of opening in our bodies-joints, lungs, muscles, and mind that creates lasting change. Change in the body, change in the mind, change the world in which we live in. Not only does yoga change your perspective but it changes the way you react to the world.

Massage

Massage is one of the oldest therapies in the world. There is evidence that every culture throughout the world has used massage in some form or other, and every language, ancient and modern, has a word for massage.

Touch is a basic human instinct, it has the power to calm the body and mind and encourage healing and well being.

Travel

A lady staring down the barrel of her fourth decade with nothing but the desire for more adventure and life filling her heart in ways only a few will ever know. Better I live this out now I suppose before the creases from squinting in the sun wear deep grooves in my face and hold stories that writers fill books and magazines with. It's a lonely path sometimes but in the end oh so fulfilling. There isn't a dollar in the world worth all the memories I hold from my travels.
